Walker's stubfoot toad

The Guajira stubfoot toad (Atelopus carrikeri), Walker's stubfoot toad (Atelopus walkeri), starry stubfoot toad (Atelopus arsyecue), Nahuma stubfoot toad (Atelopus nahumae) and the happy stubfoot toad (Atelopus laetissimus) are all confined to the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, where they are threatened by loss of habitat and possibly chytridiomycosis.
