Degrys' worm lizard (Cynisca degrysi) is known only from a single specimen collected in the 1940s from the unspecified locality “Sierra Leone.” Mann's worm snake (Afrotyphlops manni) is known only from two specimens collected from two, widely-separated localities (Mount Nimba, Guinea and southwestern Liberia).
