Worthington's cichlid (Haplochromis worthingtoni) is confined to Lake Kyoga, while the broad-banded cichlid (Haplochromis latifasciatus) and the Kyoga cichlid (Haplochromis orthostoma) are found in Lake Kyoga and two smaller satellites (Lake Bisina and Lake Nawampasa).
